Torres Quality SealCoating was responsive when I asked for a quote for sealing my asphalt driveway. They put on two coats and were careful not to get sealer on the new retaining wall that ran along my driveway. I highly recommend them.

I manage a large homeowners association in Sacramento. We went out to bid to have our Clubhouse entrance tile removed and replaced in 5 locations with a slip resistant tile. At the same time we also went out to bid to have our 65,000 sf parking lot repaired in a few locations and seal coated and re-striped throughout. Our Board voted to go with Torres Quality Sealcoating and Striping and it ended up being a great decision. They have a lot of hardworking, very polite and nice people working for them. They deserve the name Quality in their title. The tile turned out great and the parking lot looks like new again. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! I had requested quotes for concrete sealing and filling. I had my driveway treated a few years ago after it was originally installed as stamped colored concrete. I wanted my driveway to be sealed & a different color. Another contractor sealed it a different color, but color was lifting after a few years. I had 4 contractors give me quotes to epoxy seal & gloss coat my driveway. I decided to go with Torres. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! My driveway is GORGEOUS and guaranteed!
